Geoffrey David Andrews, trading as Foundations Home Finance, has had his regulatory permissions cancelled by the FSA.

 

Andrews, formerly of Chester le Street, County Durham, failed to notify the FSA of a change in the address in his principal place of business. 

 

The regulator said it has no current, valid contact information for Andrews, and therefore has no means of communicating with him.

 

In the FSA’s enforcement notice, John Kirby, from its enforcement and financial crime division. wrote to Andrews: "This failure, which is significant in the context of your suitability, leads the FSA to conclude that you are not conducting your business soundly and prudently, and in compliance with proper standards, that you are not a fit and proper person, and that you are therefore failing to satisfy the Threshold Conditions in relation to the regulated activities for which you have Part IV permission."
